Policy on Revisions
We’re all about making sure you love your design. Based on the package you select, we offer unlimited free revisions, as long as the overall design and concept stay the same. You can expect us to turn around revisions within 48 hours.

Money-Back Guarantee / Refund Policy
We stand by the quality of our work, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why we offer refunds under certain conditions. However, once the original design proposals are approved or changes are requested, funds paid for the project are non-refundable unless TRY Technologies™ cancels the contract or there’s a breach of contract on our part.

To Qualify for a Refund:

  • If you request a refund before we deliver the initial design, we’ll provide a full refund minus a 10% service fee.
  • If you request a refund within 48 hours of receiving the initial design, you can get a 66% refund (minus the 10% service fee).
  • If you request a refund between 48 and 120 hours after delivery, you’ll be eligible for a 33% refund (minus the 10% service fee).
  • After that, we can no longer process refund requests.


Please note that if you approve the initial designs or request revisions, the refund policy becomes void. All refund requests are handled by our support team and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If you’ve ordered multiple services (like a logo and website), refunds can be requested for each service separately within their specific stages. For example, if you’ve approved the logo, you can still request a refund for the website service (as long as it’s still in the initial design phase).

No Action = No Refund:
If you don’t respond or take any action on your order within 7 days of placing it, you’ll no longer be eligible for a refund. If you’d like to reactivate your project after that, there may be additional fees involved.

Design Revisions and Finalization
Our goal is to create designs that align with your vision. We will continue to work on revisions until you’re satisfied, based on the feedback you provide. If you feel like the design doesn’t match your brief, we’ll work on further modifications rather than issuing a refund.
If the logo we design for you is found to be too similar to an existing logo, we will redraw it for you. However, any resemblance to other designs is purely coincidental, and TRY Technologies™ assumes no liability in such cases. You are responsible for securing the rights to your artwork.

No Refunds for Content Writing Packages We do not offer refunds for content writing services. How to Request a Refund If you believe you’re entitled to a refund, please contact us via any of the following channels: We’ll do our best to resolve your concerns through our revision process first. If a refund is approved, all design rights revert to TRY Technologies™, meaning you can no longer use or modify any of the submitted designs.

My Account
We’ve created the My Account section to make managing your project easier. It’s your go-to for order updates, revisions, and communication. If you do not use this section regularly to track your project, you may lose the opportunity to request a refund. If you need help navigating the platform, our customer service team is available to assist you.
Quality Assurance
We take quality seriously. Our designers follow your instructions carefully to create a design you’ll love. Before delivering any project, we make sure it’s thoroughly checked for accuracy and originality.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. We’ll continue revising your design until you’re completely happy with it (within the limits of your package).
Delivery Policy
All design files will be delivered through the My Account section on the date specified in your Order Confirmation. You will also receive an email notification letting you know your files are ready. Our refund and revision policies are based on the date and time we deliver the files to your account.
Record Keeping
Once we’ve provided the final design files, we’ll keep a record of them. If you need access to these files again in the future, just reach out and we’ll send them over.

Communication Policy
We are only responsible for communications that come from official TRY Technologies™ email addresses (info@trytech.io) or toll-free numbers listed on our website. Any communication from other sources should not be trusted, and TRY Technologies™ is not liable for any damages that may result from such communications.
Information Accuracy
It’s important that you provide accurate and up-to-date information when using TRY Technologies™ services. If we find that any information you provide is incorrect or incomplete, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and deny access to our services. We are a PCI DSS-compliant organization, so your data is secure with us.
100% Authentic Design Guarantee
All designs created by TRY Technologies™ are 100% original and custom-made for our clients. We guarantee that your logo will be unique and tailored to your specific needs.
Restrictions
While we will assist with integrating third-party plugins or APIs, any custom or complex third-party services will require a separate agreement and additional fees. TRY Technologies™ is not responsible for interacting with third parties during the development process, and any extra work will require a different payment structure.
